Each year I build a custom home or do a major remodel project along with my team, dividing my time working with my crew in the morning and drafting in my office in the afternoon. All this experience makes me a resource of information on all aspects of your upcoming project and I can provide my list of suppliers and subcontractors that I have used for years.
Hi, my name is Elaine Swanson, designer, project manager and bookkeeper. I work directly with the homeowners, their banks, the subcontractors and permit department. I oversee the project to make sure the jobs get done correctly and on time. I take care of the book keeping and paying invoices.

Whether you’re building a home, adding an addition or doing a complete remodel, we have the experience to complete your project. We understand that many people have heard of nightmare stories regarding experiences with contractors, our guarantee is that, that doesn’t happen. We know that doing any major project involves money, emotions, and personalities that need to be able to work together. We have had only positive working relations with our clients and we encourage future clients to call them and ask for themselves. A project may take months to complete and during this time our clients truly becomes our friends.
With over 45 combined years of being in the construction business we have a full knowledge of every aspect of building and remodeling. Some people are very involved and some are not and we are comfortable with both. We can draw, design, modify a set of plans or use ones you have.
We will work with the bank of your choice, obtain permits, organize an open book keeping system, schedule and manage subcontractors, schedule inspections, provide equipment for rent at a discounted price, allow the client to shop for products and services, allow the homeowner to do any work they want on their home or allow them to use friends or family.
